Each year, the Rotary Club of Abingdon Vesper takes groups of people who would not otherwise have such stimulating experiences on day trips on various sections of the Kennet and Avon Canal. The barge is fully equipped to cater for physically disabled people. The trips this year will take place between Saturday June 16th and Saturday July 7th 2007. Many bookings have already been made, but if you are connected to a group which you believe could benefit from this kind of activity, now is the time to be in touch if you have not already done so. For some indication of what took place on the Barge Trips in previous years, click here. If your organisation has not already booked a place and would like to be considered, email . |
