Christmas Day 2016
Each year members of this church offer a three course, traditional Christmas meal free of charge to people who would otherwise be home alone on Christmas Day. This time the chefs prepared food for 50 guests and 25 helpers. The guests were entertained with music and song and received presents from Santa himself! After the Queen’s Speech the volunteer drivers took the guests with their chocolates, Christmas cards and memories of a happy afternoon back home.
